Training
As a requirement, all new security guards and staff must complete an 8 hour orientation before any deployment or duty assignments as a requisite for hire. As a leading supplier of security training, we offer a range of specialized security courses focused on reducing our clients’ exposure to risk and ensuring they are prepared to safely operate in any challenging environment. The following subject must be taught before deployment:

The courses are examinable and only those who pass the exams qualify for the job. In addition, while employed with Kazungu Security Agency, Co. Ltd. an officer can attend additional training courses. These courses include firearms qualification, use of restraints and first aid/CPR.
Communication
Our officers are fully equipped with communication gadgets that can contact our dispatch center, colleagues and the clients when necessary. A communication system supports communication with control center should any emergency need arise.
Hiring Standards
Not everyone qualifies to be an officer for Kazungu Security Services Agency, Ltd. Through our hiring process we select only those individuals that meet the standards of our Agency and the expectations of our clients. In addition to pre-employment background checks and interviews we also administer a psychological profile to each applicant before hiring.
